I. Platform Integration and Store Installation

Merchants can seamlessly integrate CustoMeow with major e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, SHOPLINE, Shoplazza, WooCommerce, and AliExpress.

Basic Store Installation Process:

1. Search for “CustoMeow” in the app store of the platform
2. Click the “Install” button and follow the prompts to complete the installation process

II. Create Design Templates

Template design mainly serves to generate real-time preview of customized products and to synthesize production files.

These templates usually include layout of customized content, text color and font, image materials, etc. Users can personalize based on the template, and after customization, the content will be replaced with the user’s actual input.

1. Find the "Template Design" entry in the menu bar and create a new template

2. Choose the template type

• Flat Template: Suitable for flat products such as acrylic keychains, greeting cards, phone cases, etc. Users can view the effect of personalized elements like text, color, and patterns in real time.
• Mockup Template: Suitable for highly realistic and visually differentiated products such as T-shirts, hats, etc. User content is rendered in real-time on product models for intuitive preview before purchase.
• 3D Template: Suitable for 3D products such as Rubik's cubes, balls, etc. Users can view the full appearance of the product from multiple angles to enhance the immersive experience.

3. Enter the template design page and add image materials from my device

4. Adjust position and size of the material, and add customization layers

5. According to template content design, add corresponding template layers

6. Save the template after design completion

• The value area on the right allows you to adjust layer coordinates, or you can drag directly on the canvas
• The top left corner provides detailed adjustments for layer effects
• Click the top right “Save Template” after confirmation

III. Build Customization Features

1. Find the “Feature Sets” in the menu and create a new feature

2. Choose to import the template just designed

3. Select the layers that need customization, and use AI to automatically create customization components

4. Adjust the generated feature components to meet customization expectations

5. Continue adding other feature components, then switch to data source connection

IV. Integrate Store Functionality

CustoMeow integrates customization features to product detail pages via SKU binding, and the entire integration is based on SKU association.

1. Create a new product in your store and fill in the SKU (SKU field location varies by platform)

2. Enter the store management page in CustoMeow and add the SKU

3. Add the SKU and link it to the corresponding customization feature

added SKU must be exactly the same as the SKU set in the store

V. Order Viewing and Management

1. Visit the product detail page with the integrated customization feature. After completing customization, add it to the cart and proceed to checkout

2. After the order status becomes “Shipped” in the store backend, the order will be automatically pulled into the CustoMeow backend

• Order Filter Options:Filter orders by store, time, and customization data；Search orders accurately by order number / SKU / feature name
• Manual Sync: If some shipped orders are missed, you can manually pull them into the system
• Export Orders:Export order data as spreadsheets by store
• Order API:Use API integration to connect CustoMeow with your backend system, improving the efficiency and accuracy of order processing

3. View Customization Data

• Basic Information: SKU, customization feature ID, time added to cart
• Production Files: Files generated from user customization, downloadable or editable
• Preview Image: The final preview the user saw during customization
• Customization Data: Metadata from each customization component, for easy data checking
